Mme Nicole Gélinas, ASC et administratrice sur le CA de Assurance-Vie Banque Nationale, m’a fait parvenir ce court article de Carol Hansell, paru dans un magazine juridique (LEXPERT), qui traite de la question du rôle des administrateurs de sociétés de filiales au sein d’un grand groupe. Je crois que cet article offre un éclairage intéressant sur le rôle de ce genre d’administrateurs.
